Meet the OGR Staff

As Executive Director/CEO, Wendy brings with her a 30+ year passion for helping associations, non-profits and government entities succeed.  Over the years she has gained a unique perspective and business insight through her work with organizations such as the Roller Skating Association International, American Heart Association, World Police & Fire Games and Indianapolis Police Department.

She believes that her eclectic professional background has prepared her to help lead OGR into its next (and best) chapter. Two of her favorite things to do is to meet new people and to bring together individuals in order to achieve a common goal.

In her spare time, Wendy can be found binge watching British crime shows like Broadchurch, Unforgotten, and Marcella. When she isn’t scouring Netflix for her next fix, Wendy enjoys spending time with her four adorable grandchildren and her husband, Jim, a retired firefighter who now teaches at an Indianapolis public school.
