AN HOUR OR LESS

  • Follow and post comments OGR’s social media pages including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn; share OGR posts on your own social media sites
  • Actively participate in OGR’s members-only Facebook page or the OGR Member Forum
  • Write a testimonial for use in OGR promotional materials
  • Facilitate or participate in an OGR Roundtable discussion or webinar
  • Read the OGR biweekly insights e-newsletter and share ideas for future content

ONE TIME

ONCE A MONTH, OR ONCE A QUARTER

  • Serve as an OGR Ambassador by welcoming new OGR members with a phone call or email
  • Participate on one of OGR’s standing committees:
    • Membership – provide members with meaningful services, programs and other benefits
    • Professional Development – provide members with excellent education and networking opportunities
    • Finance – provide oversight of the finances, investment and the annual financial review of OGR and its supplier network
    • Future Leaders Committee  networking and learning opportunities for emerging leaders in the funeral profession
    • OGR Foundation Board  raises funds to provide scholarships to mortuary school students and future leaders working at OGR firms
    • Study Group – exchange ideas, tackle issues and learn from your peers
    • Foundation Auction - assist in securing auction items for the OGR Foundation annual silent auction

ONCE A QUARTER, TWO-YEAR COMMITMENT
