GPLs – Getting pricing information into the hands of the consumer
Facilitated by Paul Hummel, Hummel Funeral Home

Let’s spend an hour discussing pricing…not what you charge, but how you communicate your charges to the consumer. Do you post your price list online? How do you feel about the proposed FTC changes regarding your GPL? How do you make sure your entire staff complies with all FTC pricing regulations? Where do you place your GPLs in the funeral home? Do you have branded and professionally designed price lists?

OGR Past President Paul Hummel III will guide members through this discussion around the disclosure of pricing. Learn from others how best to handle all pricing inquiries – from phone calls to websites to walk-ins.
