Where do I find and pay my invoice online?

  1. Use “Member Login” tab at the top right of this page. Don’t know your Username or Password? See below
  2. Once you’ve logged in, hover your mouse over the "My Profile" tab
  3. Click "Invoices". Don’t see an invoice? You may not be assigned as a “key contact”. See below to learn how to update your profile. 
  4. Select the invoice to pay.

How do I log into my profile?

What if I have forgotten my Username and Password?
You can retrieve your Username and re-set your Password with the links on the login page. Retrieve UsernameRetrieve Password

When can I renew my membership?
Renew your membership between November 1 and December 31. NOTE: This is a new timeframe as OGR shifted its membership year to match the calendar year starting with the 2022 membership cycle. 

December 31 has passed and my membership has expired. Am I still able to renew?
Yes. We extend a grace period on lapsed memberships. You can still renew until March 31, after which point your membership will be canceled.

Who can renew our organization's membership online?
Any staff members who are listed as “key contacts” with your funeral home will receive the renewal notifications and be able to log in and pay your invoice. Need to be added as a key contact? Email Membership and Meetings Coordinator Alyssa Castille at [email protected] or give her a call at (512) 334-5504, ext. 131, to update your record.

My membership is expiring, but I do not have an invoice in my account. Who has it?
Your organization's “key contact” has the invoice in his/her profile. Need to be added as a key contact? Email Alyssa Castille at [email protected] or give her a call at (512) 334-5504, ext. 131 to update your organization’s record.

I received the invoice to renew, but I'm not the correct person to receive it. What should I do?
Let us know so we can update our records. Email Alyssa Castille at [email protected] or give her a call at (512) 334-5504, ext. 131, to have your record updated.

What credit cards do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted.

May I send a check?
You may send a check payable to “OGR” to 3502 Woodview Trace, Suite 300, Indianapolis, IN 46268.

Can I make payment arrangements?
Yes. Contact Alyssa Castille at [email protected] to pay your dues quarterly or monthly. A 3% fee applies to all dues on a payment program.
