Join us at PROGRESS this May! PROGRESS is OGR's signature annual meeting that offers an unprecedented opportunity to maximize your valuable time through access to our members for the entire event.

You won’t be roped off in a separate room waiting for attendees to come visit your booth - suppliers will have full access to all PROGRESS events. You'll be side-by-side with our funeral director attendees every step of the way from educational sessions to networking breaks and meals. Not only that, but we will have assigned seating at each event and will use that to guarantee one representative from your company gets a seat at a table with funeral director attendees. No need to worry about having your representative stuck at a table with nothing but other exhibitors!

AT PROGRESS
  • Your registration comes with one all-access pass; additional passes may be purchased for an additional fee.
  • Supplier attendees will have full access to PROGRESS, including educational sessions and meals such as the Welcome Reception, Golden Circle Awards Dinner and both breakfasts and lunches (Dine Arounds are at your own expense).
  • Designated unmanned supplier information table in main meeting space to display company material.  You may choose to bring your own tablecloth.
  • Provided table will be a 30" round skirted high-top cocktail table along the walls of general session room and foyer space by registration. 
  • You may bring a pop-up banner or accompanying display that does not exceed 35" x 85". 
  • Opportunity to provide branded item for attendee swag bag.
POST-PROGRESS

SILENT AUCTION

Please consider donating an item to the PROGRESS Silent Auction! The auction benefits the OGR Foundation's scholarship fund, which provides scholarships every year for deserving mortuary students. As a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization, all donations are tax deductible.  To donate an item for auction, contact Executive Director Wendy King at [email protected] or (800) 637-8030, ext. 140.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refunds will be given for cancellations received in writing to [email protected] no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern time March 10, 2025. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received in writing to [email protected] by 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on March 17, 2025. No refunds will be granted for requests after that date. Tours, foundation donations, and other additional purchases beyond registration fees are non-refundable. 

If you opt to be invoiced for your exhibit purchase rather than pay immediately online, please note that full payment must be received to the OGR office no later than 30 days from the date of registration. Unpaid exhibit tables and/or registrations will be required to provide valid payment onsite at the conference registration desk before entering the conference space. Please note that the cancellation policy mentioned above still applies even if you opt to be invoiced. 

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS
You may be contacted by outside companies attempting to sell you exhibitor services, lead retrieval, hotel reservations, attendee lists or more for PROGRESS. Please be assured that we never sell our attendee’s or exhibitor's contact information – in fact, we follow strict data privacy regulations. These 3rd party companies will present themselves as PROGRESS partners, sometimes even using the OGR logo. OGR nor our PROGRESS hotel partner will ever call you to make a hotel reservation.
