Full refunds will be given for cancellations received in writing to [email protected] no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern time March 10, 2025. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received in writing to [email protected] by 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on March 17, 2025. No refunds will be granted for requests after that date. Tours, foundation donations, and other additional purchases beyond registration fees are non-refundable. If you opt to be invoiced for your exhibit purchase rather than pay immediately online, please note that full payment must be received to the OGR office no later than 30 days from the date of registration. Unpaid exhibit tables and/or registrations will be required to provide valid payment onsite at the conference registration desk before entering the conference space.
