The Order of the Golden Rule (OGR) is pleased to announce Jessica MacMillan has joined the OGR team as Events Manager. In this role, Jessica will lead the planning, execution, and strategic development of OGR's signature event, PROGRESS, Future Leaders Forum, virtual education, and industry events, reinforcing the association's commitment to delivering exceptional educational experiences for its members.

Jessica's energy and expertise will strengthen OGR's events portfolio and elevate the value we deliver to our members."

Jessica brings a strong foundation in association events and membership engagement to OGR. She previously served as a Senior Membership and Meetings Coordinator with a number of local and national associations, where she supported event logistics, membership initiatives, and collaborative programming. Jessica holds a B.A. in Tourism, Conventions, and Event Management from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, along with certificates in Business Foundations and Tourism Planning and Development, grounding her work in both hospitality strategy and organizational operations. 

An active leader in the meetings profession, Jessica has been recognized as a nominee for the Meeting Professionals International (MPI) Indiana Chapter's IMPRESS "Rising Star" award and contributes her expertise through committee service with MPI and involvement in local association event planning efforts.
